Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Submitting this form sends a deletion request to our support team from your own email client — we'll verify it's really you, then permanently delete your account.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, email address, and password
  • Your display name and leaderboard history
  • Any synced session or streak data stored on our servers

Note: focus sessions, tasks, and settings stored locally on your device are not affected by this request — uninstall the app to remove those.

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
