By downloading, installing, or using Pomodoro Dripper ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Accounts

Some features, such as the leaderboard, require creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Premium Features

The app may offer optional premium features for purchase. Pricing, billing, and refund terms for any purchase are handled through Google Play and its policies. Premium purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app to harass others or post abusive display names or content
• Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard through automated or fraudulent means
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law

6. Your Content

Tasks, session notes, and display names you create remain yours. By using leaderboard or social features, you allow other users to see your display name and cup counts.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that timers will fire with perfect precision on every device, particularly on devices with aggressive background-process restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time via our Account Deletion page.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
