1. Overview

Pomodoro Dripper ("the app", "we", "us") is a Pomodoro-style focus timer for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Data stored only on your device. Your Pomodoro sessions, tasks, timer settings, and streak history are stored locally on your device using an on-device database. This data is never sent to us unless you choose to sign in (see below).

Account data (optional). If you create an account to use the leaderboard or sync features, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely, hashed, by our authentication provider). We also store your display name and aggregate session counts needed to show your position on the leaderboard.

Diagnostic and crash data. We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and basic device diagnostics (device model, OS version, app version) so we can find and fix bugs. This data is de-identified and is not used to build an advertising profile.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or any data unrelated to the app's focus-timer functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app's core functionality
• To operate optional account features, such as sign-in and the leaderboard
• To diagnose crashes and improve app stability
• To respond to support requests you send us directly

We do not sell your personal information, ever.

4. Third-Party Services

The app relies on the following third-party services:

• Supabase — handles authentication and stores account and leaderboard data when you choose to sign in.
• Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash and stability diagnostics.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and applicable data-processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Account data is retained until you delete your account, which you can request at any time on our Account Deletion page.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the email below or by using the account deletion form.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
